Hospice Helped Us
The term “Hospice” is often associated with impressions of loss and sadness. Our challenge was to address then redefine those stigmas. Hospice Helped Us shed light on the services offered by Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo – physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially – to relieve the symptoms, pain and stress that can affect patients and their loved ones. This digital campaign resulted in a 25% increase in site sessions, a 21% increase in online conversions, and over 4,000 video views – helping Hospice to have a positive impact on even more lives.
Website Redesign
Hospice is equipped to manage significant challenges and provide support for things such as professional medical services and supplies, home health aides, expressive therapies and bereavement counseling - just to name a few. To communicate this range of vital services, we developed a series of powerful video testimonials delivered by individuals who have experienced the value of Hospice. While the subject matter was emotional to discuss, people shared their stories so that others could better understand the full potential of Hospice care.
Care Navigators
We were given the challenge of developing the brand and voice for Care Navigators, a newly organized branch created within Hospice & Palliative Care Buffalo. The primary goal of this team is to assist patients and their families earlier in the process, prior to needing Hospice, in order to help alleviate some of the stress and burden that comes with managing a serious illness. Care Navigators is here to lift some of the weight and provide guidance toward the right resources for assistance and treatment.
